Though the affected titles haven't been named, a post on EA's website states that "the EA and Origin login function is currently down, as well as Answer HQ.

Battlefield 4 has yet to be officially announced for next generation consoles - but, based on comments EA has made previously, we all know it's coming.

Should Battlefield 4 appear at Microsoft's next Xbox event tonight, it will join next-gen reveals of Call of Duty: Ghosts and FIFA 14.

The first news on EA Sports UFC is also due today - possibly during Microsoft's event.
